My name is W. William Woods. I am a professional, independent non-executive director based in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

I currently work with Paradigm Governance Partners Limited. Paradigm is licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Cayman Islands Companies Management Law to provide directors to Cayman Islands registered mutual funds.

In November 2003 I founded, and am currently the President and CEO of WWWoods & Co.

I co-founded and was the President and CEO of Independent Review Inc. for 15 years until I sold that company in 2019.

Through Paradigm, I serve as an independent director on the boards of a number of offshore hedge funds based in Cayman, Bermuda, BVI and the Channel Islands.

Through WWWoods & Co., I provide consulting services to stock exchanges, securities regulators, governments and other capital market players, and and I serve on a number of Independent Review Committees for public investment funds in Canada.

I am also a co-owner of 2D3WS Idea Lab (Canada) - an e-commerce incubator.
