My name is W. William Woods. I am a professional, independent non-executive director based in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

I currently work with Hawksford. Hawksford is licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Cayman Islands Companies Management Act to provide directors to Cayman Islands funds.

Through Hawksford, I serve as an independent director on the boards of a number of offshore hedge funds based in Cayman, Bermuda, BVI, Curacao and the Channel Islands.

I co-founded and was the President and CEO of Independent Review Inc. for 15 years until I sold that company in 2019 and I serve on a number of Independent Review Committees for public investment funds in Canada.

In November 2003 I founded, and am currently the President and CEO of WWWoods & Co. WWWoods & Co., provides consulting services to stock exchanges, securities regulators, governments and other capital market players.

I am also a co-owner of 2D3WS IdeaLab (Canada) - an e-commerce incubator.
